About Us
Bill Keilt is the President of TerraCare
Solutions LLC. With an undergraduate degree in computer science from Ohio State University, and a Masters of Business Administration
degree from the University of Colorado, Mr. Keilt brings a wealth of experience in management, systems, operations, human
resources, and finance to TerraCare Solutions. Mr. Keilt is a dedicated practitioner of quality improvement having led numerous
ISO 9000 compliance efforts in major U.S. corporations. Mr. Keilt also participated as group leader for a major international
company in the final competition for the 2002 Malcolm Baldridge Quality award, the United States’ most prestigious quality
award. Mr. Keilt was Manager of Systems and Programming for 8 years at Richmond American Homes, one of the country’s
largest homebuilders. In that time Mr. Keilt designed and developed numerous software systems for the homebuilder, providing
leadership in systems, processes and best business practices for construction management systems. Mr. Keilt also has over
10 years of international consulting experience providing operations and management consulting to numerous Global 500 customers.
Mr. Keilt resides in Littleton, Colorado with his wife and dog and enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren.
Justin Livensparger is Vice President of Operations for TerraCare Solutions LLC. Mr. Livensparger has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and homebuilding industries. As head of Operations, Mr. Livensparger has established the procedures, training, and operational excellence that has set TerraCare Solutions apart from the competition. Prior to TerraCare Solutions, Mr. Livensparger worked as practice manager for a construction contractor specializing in storm water management and erosion control. Working for Richmond American Homes, Mr. Livensparger was a project superintendent responsible for all aspects of construction in over 500 homes. Earlier in his career, Mr. Livensparger was a foreman in numerous building trade positions including home building, structural piering, road construction, and metals fabrication. Mr. Livensparger lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife and two children. |
